Team

We’re a small team, based in a cool railway arch in Bermondsey, London. This acts as both our depot and our office, helping us feel like one team whether you’re office based or a driver out on the road.

We stay close to our product and the service we offer through speaking with our customers and our team, as well as by using our own product so we know what it’s like to be a recipient, merchant or driver.

We’ve built products & teams before and are here not only to build an innovative product & service, but also a company that’s different to ‘just another startup’.

As an early-stage company, we have an immense opportunity to take great things from company cultures we’ve seen before and build on top of those to create a place where the culture itself attracts the team, just as much as our product. We deeply care about ownership & autonomy, combined with transparency & compassion, and want to build a company where those are fundamental.

Our Mission

Everyone has experienced what it’s like to have a sub-standard delivery experience, especially with the low bar set by existing couriers. We’re here to change that and bring a delightful experience every step of the way to everyone involved.

We care about the experience, for our recipients, merchants, and our drivers. Through our amazing team and tech we’re building a company that works for everyone and helps redefine what it’s like to send or receive a parcel.

Do you sponsor visas?

We do! We’re able to sponsor visas for a number of roles, if we’re not able to we’ll make it clear in the job ad and if you’re unsure about anything please do drop us an email at jobs@packfleet.com.
Do you offer full remote roles?

We currently work in a hybrid working environment, where we aim to spend at least 2 days/week together in the office and work remotely the rest of the time.

This keeps us close to the drivers in the team and the physical elements of our business, whilst also giving flexibility for remote working.

This is something we regularly reevaluate and is on our mind as we grow.
