Recipient notifications
Recipients receive an email/SMS when we collect. On the morning of delivery they receive an update with a 1 hour delivery slot and live tracking.
Change delivery date
Recipients can make changes to the delivery date at any time, delaying it up until 30 days later (unless it’s perishable).
Update delivery address
Spotted a typo? Want it delivered to work instead? Anytime in the journey, you and recipients can change the delivery address instantly.
Leave instructions
Recipient’s can leave access instructions or tell us where to leave the parcel safely if they’re not going to be in.
